Program promotes Tyler to newcomers, visitors and businesses
Tyler, Texas (KETK) — The Tyler Area Chamber of Commerce recently unveiled Livability: Tyler, TX 2014, a print and digital program that promotes the area to newcomers, visitors and relocating businesses.
Content highlights Tyler’s quality of life, business climate, attractions, restaurants and must-do activities. Articles focus on the city’s highly anticipated Rose Season events; the area’s retail landscape, which features locally owned boutiques and retail centers; the bustling nightlife scene that includes places such as Lago del Pino and Rick’s on the Square; the city’s best outdoor destinations like the Caldwell Zoo; as well as the affordable and plentiful housing options and neighborhoods.
Other articles highlight the quality-of-place amenities that attract people to the Tyler area, including a class-act education system and comprehensive major medical services. The area’s business climate is greatly impacted by the 40 companies that have graduated from the Tyler Area Business Incubator, major health-care entities such as East Texas Medical Center Tyler, and several local businesses including Brookshire’s.
