TYLER — KETK's Chief Photographer Albert Belez and Reporter Jessica Wilson stumble across what appears to be a strange incident happening in Tyler's Bergfeld park Wednesday morning. Police tell KETK Nicholas Daniel Safran, 25, of Tyler, was being placed under arrest for Public Intoxication after onlookers called 911 because of what they say was his strange behavior.
