Arlington — The Texas Rangers today announced that the Wednesday, May 11 rainout against the Oakland A’s will be rescheduled as a single game on Thursday, July 7 starting at 7:05 p.m. at Rangers Ballpark in Arlington. July 7 was a scheduled off-day for both teams.

All fans holding tickets for the game on May 11 can present those game tickets for admission to the ballpark for the game on July 7. The bar code on the May 11 tickets has been revalidated so those tickets do not need to be exchanged for the July 7 game.

For fans unable to attend the game on July 7, the May 11 tickets can be exchanged for any Sunday thru Thursday home game remaining on the 2011 regular season schedule excluding the following dates: June 22, July 4, August 22-25, and September 25. Those exchanges can be made beginning today at any Rangers Ballpark in Arlington box office or by mail by sending the May 11 tickets to: Ticket Office
