The Texas Rangers are hoping to reach the 3-million mark in attendance for a third consecutive season by decreasing ticket prices on approximately 94 percent of Rangers Ballpark seats next season. They have also lowered the number of “premier” games by eight.

The Rangers announced their ticket prices and game times for the 2014 season on Thursday, saying more than 34,000 seats have a price decrease between four and 19 percent.
