TYLER, TX — Thursday morning, flowers had been placed at the door of the house on the 3300 block of Bain Place, near the intersection of Amherst Drive of Tyler, where 30 year old Jelena Radobanovic Sriraman was found dead on Wednesday.

Sriraman had allegedly been shot by her ex-husband, James W. Calvert, 41, who had also reportedly kidnapped their son, Lucas Calvert.

James Calvert was captured late Wednesday evening in West Monroe, Louisiana, following a short police chase and a crash.

4 year old Lucas was unharmed.

Calvert's charges in Texas are capital murder and kidnapping, and he now faces charges in Louisiana for evading arrest.
