School shopping, sports games, and squeezing in those last moments of summer. This can be a lot of work for parents, and even students to juggle. For many East Texans, Monday marks the first day back to school.

Of course everyone has their own concerns. One local said she was nervous about starting school, "Getting to these other levels of classes, it's much harder, you don't know what you're in for". While a mother was most concerned about, "The shopping and the crowds".

So in order to shake off the stress, there are many ways to cope. East Texans all their own unique ways of dealing, "Just get the kids out of the out of the house and they enjoy themselves so they can blow off some steam so their not bouncing off the walls", and, "Just relax, just chill and catch up on old shows".

Experts recommend taking some time for yourself. This can range from meeting up with friends or reading a book, to exercising. Some other stress reducers include taking a bath, lighting lavender scented candles, and meditating.

As hardworking moms, dads, and students, it's important to put your health first.

Great tips, much obliged for these. Truly returning to school can sometimes be stressful and some tasks or activities help to reduce the pressure. Like my friend's daughter enjoys to shop for junior plus size clothes and says it gives her something to look forward to when her school starts.
