Registration required for all Pine Tree students for 2012-2013 school year

Longview, TX — Pine Tree ISD is now requiring all students who are attending school in the district to register for the upcoming school year.
Starting August 7 parents can register their student at the Pine Tree Middle School campus.

REGISTRATION NOW REQUIRED FOR ALL PINE TREE STUDENTS for the 2012 - 2013 school year.
Where: Pine Tree Middle School Campus ● 601 PT Parkway
When: TUESDAY, Aug. 7 ● WEDNESDAY, Aug. 8 ● THURSDAY, Aug. 9, 2012 ● 9:00 am - 7:00 pm each day.
Who: All parents/guardians of new & returning students Pre‐K ¬‐ 12th grade who plan to attend PTISD.
What: Register and learn about Pine Tree ISD services & community organizations that can help your child have a great school year.
Guidelines for the Registration Week:
RETURNING STUDENTS: Pine Tree students who finished the 2011¬‐12 school year at a PT campus:
1. A parent or legal guardian must register the student.
2. A picture identification of the parent / legal guardian must be shown.
3. One Proof of Residency must be presented at the time of registration. Students will not be allowed to
register without this documentation.
NOTE: Any of the following Proof of Residency Documents are accepted:
A current lease agreement with all residents of the address listed.
A current utility bill (electric, gas, water only) ....No cell phone or telephone bills will be accepted.
The bill cannot be dated more than (30) days prior to the registration date.
A current year PTISD Property Tax Statement.
The process should not take over 15-20 minutes.
NEW STUDENTS‐ All students who did NOT finish the 2011‐12 school year at a PT campus must bring the following:
1. Parent/Guardian, Picture Identification and Residency (Same as above.)
2. Birth certificate
3. Immunization records
4. Most recent report card or transcripts
5. Pre‐Kindergarten students have additional requirements, call for more info: 903‐295¬‐5095.
