TYLER - A group of doctors in the online journal "Pediatrics", say Facebook, the social networking site, can be especially tough for individuals dealing with poor self-esteem.

The group claims Facebook's "friends" tallies, constant status updates, and pictures of happy-looking people having a good time, can make some students feel depressed.

The researchers also adds Facebook depression to a laundry list of potential harms linked to social media such as cyber bullying, and sexting.

Don't believe everything you hear through this medium. Nothing wrong with keeping up with friends, but IT does not take the place of being there in person. Use FB wisely.
