Two masked armed robbers forcibly entered a Nacogdoches home early Wednesday morning, bound the residents, and held them at gunpoint.

It happened on the 1200 block of Ridgewood Dr. in Nacogdoches, just after 1:00 a.m.

Nacogdoches Police tell KETK that they received a call from a burglary victim and arrived on location to find that two people had been bound and robbed in a house. One of them was still bound when officers arrived. A third victim had managed to escape through a window.

The two victims in the house told police that the robbers broke into the house armed with "long guns". They bound the victims and demanded money from them.

Fortunately, nobody was injured in the incident. However, the men were able to get away on foot with an undetermined amount of cash.

The robbers are described as two young black males, about medium-height. At the time of the break-in, they were wearing dark clothing and had their faces covered.

Nacogdoches Police tell KETK that since the case is still under investigation, no further information is going to be released, including the age or gender of the victims.
