Reward increased for Texas Most Wanted fugitive
Austin, Texas (KETK) — The reward for a Texas Most Wanted fugitive has increased to $17,500.
Any information leading to the arrest of Ernesto Alonso Garcia, 30, will be given the $17,500 reward if the tip comes in during the month of July.
Garcia is a Texas Syndicate gang member and has a violent criminal history. He is wanted for murder, aggravated assault and drug trafficking.
The suspect was last seen in Edinburg, Texas, he is a Mexican citizen who is legally residing in the United States as a permanent resident. He is wanted for the stabbing of two men, one of which whom died from his injuries, in 2011.
Garcia is described as a Hispanic male, 5 feet 10 inches tall, he weights 155 pounds. He has more than 90 aliases and is known to go by two nicknames, Rooster and Gallito, he also has Garcia tattooed on his back.
