Romo throws

Still not ready
ARLINGTON, Texas (AP) - Cowboys quarterback Tony Romo has done
some light throwing for the first time since breaking his left
collarbone four weeks ago.
Team owner Jerry Jones says Romo threw on the field before the
Cowboys' 35-19 victory Sunday over the Detroit Lions when backup
quarterback Jon Kitna threw three touchdown passes and ran for
another score.
After Romo was hurt Oct. 25 against the New York Giants, the
team said he wouldn't need surgery but would be out six to eight
weeks. So he could still miss another two games or more.
Jones indicated that there would be X-rays on Romo, but that any
decision on the quarterback's return will "be how he's feeling."
Dallas (3-7) has won consecutive games for the first time this
season.
