Arlington, TX (KETK) — The Rangers rolled over the Tampa Bay Rays, Tuesday night in Arlington.
Rookie, Nick Tepesch, made his first Major League start a memorable one, recording his first win, as the Rangers won 6-1.
He pitched seven and a third innings, giving up just four hits and had five strikeouts, 15 ground outs and retired 12 straight.
He becomes the fifth pitcher in Rangers history to go seven or more innings in his first start.
