Rusk County — A Tuesday evening incident off-campus led Rusk County sheriff’s deputies to visit the West Rusk County Consolidated Independent School District on Wednesday morning.

According to Assistant Superintendent Lawrence Coleman, the deputies came onto the campus to meet with school administrators to discuss the incident that involved some West Rusk students.
