Rusk Eagles PINK OUT for Friday football
Friday, October 22, 2010 - 4:18pm

From Cherokee Relay for Life:

Friday is "Cheer for a Cure - PINK OUT" day and the Rusk Eagles' tailfeathers are turning pink. Please help us raise breast cancer awareness and support Relay For Life. Wear pink on Friday. The Rusk Eagles' tailfeathers are turning PINK tonight.

Join the festivities...all the players, cheerleaders and band members will be wearing something pink. Fans will attend the Rusk Eagles home game wearing pink, come see the field painted with pink ribbons, survivors honored and a fabulous Chain of HOPE that we anticipate reaching ALL the way around the football field. Fans may purchase a link in the chain, pink arm band or make a donation. Help us turn Rusk and all of Cherokee County PINK on Friday.

Bows may be purchased from Singletary Memorial Library, HS Student Council or contact Cindy at 683-7483.

Thanks for all you do support our local cancer survivors, raise awareness and make a difference!

At the game, we will also have brochures and information regarding Breast Cancer Awareness as well as support brochures that outline FREE services provided by the American Cancer Society for ALL cancer survivors
