Cemetery Association will host “homecoming” June 5th

Lufkin — The Lufkin Daily News is reporting; there's an effort on to put names with gravesites at Ryan Chapel Cemetery.

The cemetery is located between Diboll and Hudson at the intersection of FM 2497 and FM 304.

The Ryan Chapel Cemetery Association will host a “homecoming” on June 5 for anyone wanting to share information on burial sites.

The event begins at 9 a.m. with a worship service at 11 a.m. and a shared lunch to follow. Bring a picnic lunch or favorite dish, as well as lawn chairs and folding tables.
