Safe, not Scary Halloween

TYLER - Here are a few tips to keep it safe on Halloween:
1. Check your kids' candy to make sure all the wrappers are on.
2. Trick-or-Treat at houses where you know the people in the house
3. Skip houses without porch lights on
4. Walk with your children and make sure to cross the street with caution
