Ohio - Tainted peanut butter appears to be the likely source of Salmonella that's made more than 400 people sick nationwide.
The bacteria was found in a tub of peanut butter distributed by Ohio's King Nut companies.
The peanut butter is not on grocery store shelves because the company sells products to schools, hospitals and nursing homes.
Health officials are investigating whether the tainted peanut butter contributed to three deaths.
