TYLER, TX (KETK) - — The Salvation Army in Tyler held their annual Thanksgiving meal for those in need.

Around 200 volunteers showed up to spread joy and cheer to their guests.

And though the holiday season is a popular time for volunteering, the Salavtion Army serves around 500 meal daily, year- round.  So people are encouraged to not only give your time during this time of year, but anytime you are able to get the chance.
