San Antonio —
A jailed man has been charged with capital murder in the 2005 stabbing death of a San Antonio woman.

Richard Balboa, 24, was charged Wednesday night in the slaying of Lynn Conley, 53, at her West Side home.

According to an arrest warrant affidavit, Balboa went to the woman's home on June 17, 2005, stabbed her to death and stole a television and other electronics.

Police said they made a case against Balboa after speaking with witnesses who identified him.

He was 18 at the time of the murder.
