Sarah Palin joins Governor Perry on campaign trail in Texas
February 7, 2010 - 4:50pm
CYPRESS - Right after speaking at the tea party convention, Sarah Palin headed straight to Texas.
She appeared with Governor Rick Perry at a Super Sunday Rally in Cypress.
Governor Perry said the two were there together to promote their beliefs in conservative values, including limited government and low taxes.
Mrs. Palin is campaigning with Governor Perry as he makes a bid for re-election.

I think Palin and Perry are doing it. I think Perry has promised Palin something but who knows what. Perry wants to be the future Pres. and maybe Perry thinks by grabbing Palin for the ride will get the two of them in the White House in 2012. I am not sure which one will be wearing the blue dress or buying the cigars.

1 month agoThe Tea Party is a group of Republicans who are not happy with the Party. It can not be Obama that they are mad at because the Tea Party began just 3 weeks after the election before Obama was even sworen in and before any of his policies were in effect and before his administration spent one dime of our tax money.
Here are just a few examples of what I mean when I say that Republicans are not the champions of Christian values like palin and the Republican Party want you to think they are.
● Republican Party leader Bobby Stumbo was arrested for having sex with a 5-year old boy. http://www.armchairsubversive.org/Bobby_Stumbo.htm
● Republican chairman of the Oregon Christian Coalition Lou Beres confessed to molesting a 13-year old girl. http://www.gayrightswatch.com/2006/08/exclusive-lou-beres-of-christian.h...
● Republican executive Randall Casseday of the conservative Washington Times newspaper pleaded guilty to soliciting sex from a 13-year old girl on the internet. http://www.huffingtonpost.com/2006/09/28/wash-times-human-_n_30450.html
● Republican anti-abortion activist Howard Scott Heldreth is a convicted child rapist in Florida. Howard Scott Heldreth, anti-abortion activist who gained fame during the Shiavo media-circus, was convicted of two charges of raping a child in 2002. ARE THESE THE CHRISTIAN VALUES THAT YOU SUPPORT BY VOTING FOR REPUBLICANS ? IF YOU VOTE FOR REPUBLICANS YOU ARE SUPPORTING THESE ACTIONS AND THERE ARE HUNDREDS MORE THAT I COULD POST.

1 month agoThe big question many are asking now is whether or not Palin is electable. That depends on whom you ask and what is the definition of 'electable'. The better question is whether or not she WILL BE electable by 2012. Who can know the future? If they can they would win every lottery.

1 month agoHow can a "Conservative" be a "Libertarian"? conservative are almost always collectivists that want laws passed against any and everything they don't like whereas Libertarians tend to ignore things they don't like unless that thing is truly evil (e.g. Child Predators, Smoking Bans, etc.)
Looks like the Republican'ts are going to co-opt the TEA party movement and the Libertarian party the same way the Socialist Workers Party did the Dummycrats!

1 month agoDo we want another IDIOT on the ballot? Palin reminds me of Bush; just a silly ninny trying to gain publicity and popularity. I wish she would go back to Alaska and find a cozy igloo to live in.

1 month agoI'll be casting my vote for Medina as well.

1 month agoRight, there to promote those good old fashioned conservative values such as Perry's Toll Roads for All, Trans Texas Corridor, where you do a land grab of Texan's land and try to have mandatory vaccines for parent's daughters.
I thought Sarah Palin just came from the Tea Party convention. Shouldn't she be campaigning for Debra Medina?
My vote will be for Debra Medina.

1 month agoYou are correct Katie.. she prided herself on not being OF the party and more Libertarian.... I'm voting Medina, and point in fact I never was in love with Palin like the rest of my ex party is.
