SMITH COUNTY - 22-year-old Joshua Dwain Barnes' murder trial begins Monday.

And.. Smith County Judge Jack Skeen says, a DVD will be used in court.

The DVD contains an interview of Barnes with police.

Barnes is charged with allegedly stabbing and killing 24-year-old James Brandon Lee.

Police say, the two got into a fight at a party, hosted by a Smith County Deputy.

They say, Barnes stabbed Lee to death during that argument.
