Smith County breaks ground on downtown jail expansion Tuesday morning

SMITH COUNTY — The Smith County Commissioners Court will break ground Tuesday morning on the downtown expansion of the Smith County Jail.

KETK is on location at East Erwin St. and Spring Ave. in Tyler, directly behind the Smith County Jail.

The event is scheudled for 11:00 a.m.
