Smith County Commissioner Runs For Re-Election

TYLER - A Smith County Commissioner is running for re-election.
Bill McGinnis wants to keep his Precinct 2 seat.
He says, he wants to open offices in Whitehouse and Troup IF he wins.
If McGinnis wins, it would be his second term.
The Republican Primary is in March.
