Smith County offers ministry program to staff

Law enforcement officers have a tough job -- fighting crime every day and dealing with stressful situations.

Inmates at the Smith County jail already have access to a ministry program. Now, a group of volunteer chaplains will be lending a hand to offer support and ministry to staff.

For 350 employees and their families, its a vital resource considering all that law enforcement officers face.
