TYLER - Just before 9 p.m. Sunday, a Department of Public Safety trooper responded to a wreck on Interstate 20 eastbound at the 570 mile marker.

His patrol car was hit by another driver.

The trooper wasn't hurt, but the people in the Dodge Neon that hit his car were taken to a local hospital.
