TYLER — A recent federal judge's ruling in Pennsylvania allows public school students in that state to wear bracelets that say "i heart boobies."

Half of the bracelet's proceeds go to Breast Cancer research, but some schools here in east texas have already placed bans on the bracelets.

The "i heart boobies" bracelet from the "keep a breast" foundation is popping up on teenager's wrists all across the country, but some principals say they're too distracting and that they're not appropriate for the classroom.
