TYLER — There's no doubt methamphetamine is a growing problem across the country and in East Texas. That's why law enforcement agencies have task forces to put meth makers and dealers behind bars. But, once they're jailed--- there's another problem.
A clean-up must be done. And that means we all are affected by harm to the environment and in many cases the cost of cleaning up your neighborhood.
