Watch the video above to see some of the raw surveillance video taken by Where's Rufus Sports Bar in Tyler over the weekend of what appears to be a woman stealing from a bartender's tip jar.  Where's Rufus owner, Shaun Galbraith tells KETK 21 year old Molly Katherine King, was taking money out of one tip jar Saturday night, in order to pay for her drinks, then he says his bar's surveillance video also caught King stealing an entire tip jar, putting it into her purse. Galbraith says he reviewed the tape, confronted King about the incident and detained her until Tyler Police arrived at the scene. Tyler Police tell KETK they have issued a warrant, but the case is still under investigation at this time.  Police say they need to determine what she'll be charged with, depending on how much cash was taken, before they make an arrest. Meanwhile, King, had just been released from the Smith County jail on August 4th. She was charged with theft of property valued at $50 to $500 worth in damages. This is what she could face now regarding the Where's Rufus incident, according to Tyler Police, it's a class B misdemeanor, meaning she could face jail time and up to a $500 fine.
