We still have a full month before spring, but some signs of the season have already begun.

The mild winter has caused some early blooming this year, which in turn means early pollen.

That means early spring allergies.

"We are already starting to see a wave of patients really complaining that their allergy symptoms getting out of control," said Dr. Luis Destarac of Pulmonary Specialists of Tyler.

If you are really having issues that won't go away with over the counter meds you may need to get tested to find out what you are specifically allergic to, and then start getting allergy shots.

There's another at-home remedy Dr. Destarac recommends using to help rid your system of pollen: nasal washes like the Neti Pot.
