Starbucks "Create Jobs for USA" initiative

Back in September, President Obama unveiled his $447 billion dollar jobs plan.   Today, Starbucks, the international coffee chain, announced a plan to help get America... back to work.   Starbucks corporation will begin accepting donations of $5 dollars or more, from the public, starting November first, as part of the "Create Jobs for USA" program.  The world's largest coffee-shop chain has contributed $5 million dollars to launch the initiative, which is partnered with community development financial institutions, or CDFI's, that help local economies by funding new entrepreneurial business and micro-enterprises.  Tom Mullins with the Tyler Economic Development Council says it's a unique approach to creating jobs.
