The State Department of Child Care Licensing tells KETK, they are looking into allegations of unnecessary discipline on a three-year old boy at a Jacksonville, TX daycare.  Tuesday, KETK spoke with both the mother of the child and the owner of that daycare.  The mother, Samantha Douglas, tells KETK she's upset and believes a daycare employee at Kids N Motion, in Jacksonville, hit her son in the mouth, for saying a bad word; but the owner of the daycare, Patricia Hetmer, who's been in business 29 years, says that simply isn't true.

My three children are students at Kids n Motion. They have been there for over a year. They have been under the care and supervision of every employee there. I trust those people with my life and my children's life without hesitation! This is ludacris and absolutely ridiculous! Pat and David are amazing people . My name is Josh Allred and I live here in Jacksonville. Call me at 903-279-9948. I will give much evidence to prove that these allegations are completely untrue. PLEASE CALL!!!!!!!!!!!

The news reporter has her facts wrong and the video contradicts that. The owner said it did not happen there. The kids are not enrolled in the daycare, so the reporter does not need to pertain to them as students. There mom is poor and can't afford daycare, she has no job. Mrs. Douglas wants her ex-husband back, and sleeps with married men. The woman she said hit her kids is a employee, and her kids call her mom cause its their step mom. The incident happened at home and not work.

Mrs. Douglas failed to mention that the daycare teacher is also her twins step-mother, whom she doesnt like! I feel that she should have been more specific as to who it was, instead of making it the whole daycare's fault. The new Mrs. Douglas is nothing but good to the boys I've seen them in public places such as Pizza Hut eating pizza as a FAMILY!!

Kids N Montion is a excellent day. I have 2 girls in there and the workers are very good with them. When there is a issue the workers make it a point to let me know. I have never seen a day run this well with this many good people. First off if the child said a bad work were did he get if? HOME. She needs to look at her self before a accusing other people of mistreating her children.

Outrage!!

my son has gone to Kids n Motion for over 7 years and i can say that i have NEVER felt worried about my son's saftey while he is there!! Ms Pat and her crew are awesome. Whatever this case is I will not second guess my child's saftey while he is there & can not imagin sending him any where else!!
