Struggling Rangers lose again

Arlington, TX (KETK)  The Rangers lost to the Blue Jays Friday night at the Ballpark, 8-0.

It was the fourth straight loss at home for Texas.

The struggling Rangers have lost seven of their last nine games.

Justin Grimm took the loss

He gave up seven runs in a little over seven innings.

Grimm gave up three homers on the night.

Two of those home runs came in a 4-run fourth inning for Toronto.

Rangers shortstop Elvis Andrus was ejected by the home plate umpire in the bottom of the sixth inning for arguing balls and strikes.

The Rangers have dropped to second place in the American League West.
