Longview — Students at Longview’s Ned E. Williams Elementary School weren’t just donning some fancy hats on Tuesday; they were showing their commitment to putting a cap on drugs as part of Red Ribbon Week.

Fourth-graders Tia Taylor and Diamond Wilson were wearing matching striped fedoras — a coincidence, they said, not a plan.
