Super Let Down, Super Angry
A problem with temporary seating has hundreds of Super Bowl ticket holders hopping mad.
Hundred of fans were turned away because temporary seating inside Cowboys Stadium was not completed in time for the game and did not pass code.
Fans spent hours being shuffled between different locations at the stadium with no resolution.
According to a letter being handed out, fans will be given a refund equal to three times the face
value of each ticket.
"I got all the way through and they looked at my ticket and they said 'go over with those people'. Those people are all these people, and there's hundreds of other people like this in different places," said one angry Green Bay fan.
In all, 1,250 ticket holders were affected.
850 were accommodated in their original or better seats, and 400 were paid three times face value for their tickets.
