Mineola, TX — UPDATE: Mineola Police tell KETK, 32-year-old Michael Paul Koch of Grand Saline is behind bars.

He's charged with numerous charges, including evading arrest.

Bail is set at $40,000.

Authorities have captured a man running from them in the Mineola area on County Road 2220.

The chase started as a motorcycle pursuit, but turned into a foot chase when they reached CR 2220, according to the Mineola Police Department.

The unnamed suspect will be transferred to the  Smith County Jail.

No injuries have been reported.
