TYLER — Texas Department of Transportation has been forced to stop a 15-million dollar underpass project near San Antonio until they find out what to do about an endangered spider discovered in the area.

how could there just be "one"?
If there is not two then it is already gone.
Relocate the spider just like they do humans when they are in the way.Who found it and knew it was endangered? I wouldn't have know and stepped on him and keep on with the project. :)
