It's extremely difficult to "fail" an IQ test. The psychologists giving the battery of tests aren't exactly retarded themselves. They don't just look at a single test. They go back over all of a defendant's school records for years. The state is allowed to test a defendant themselves with their own experts. Various hearings are held and the defense and prosecution look over all the tests and the background. It's really not possible to dupe everyone in the system by pretending to be retarded.
They have enuf mentality to do the crime...they should be executed.
Psychology says that if you want to stop a behavior then punish it; or if you wish to encourage a behavior then reward it.
Lets see....what do we want with this behavior???Hmmmm
Many of these"impaired" can quote you the law & consequences.
They laugh at those who"get away with it'.
Mostly are sad they were CAUGHT!!
Okay, let's play devil's advocate. On one side you have to ask does the convict understand what they've done. The other side is that this could set a president for the accused to intentionally fail an IQ test to use it as a defense.
