The Dallas suburb and the State of Arizona taking stiffer action against illegals. Does the right belong to states?

Tyler---

Farmers Branch city council votes unanimously to defy a federal judge's order to lift the city's ban on renting to illegal aliens.

Is cracking down on illegal immigrants an action best suited for states instead of the federal government?

We as Americans have the right to rent or sale or give away to whom ever we want. We can't just assume that an illegal alien is a bad person...anyone can be any thing and there is no way of knowing...so I think its great that people are stepping up and speaking out...just because the man/woman is a Judge doesn't mean that they are right!!!

States rights. Good for Farmersbranch in taking a stand. How refreshing. Most judges rule according to their biases or political persuasion instead of following the LAW. People are tiring of it pretty fast. We pay, sign checks to our President, Senators, Representatives, Governors, only to be dismissed. It's past time to make them sit up and take notice on who is in charge here.
