Georgia voters; the latest in states wanting more accountibility to people on government dole

Georgia's governor recently backed a proposal to drug-test parents who seek welfare, The bill will likely be challenged in court.

Both the Southern Center for Human Rights" and the ACLU are looking to file suit claiming it violates the fourth amendment's protection against unreasonable searches.

Applause to Freedom's post!

I understand the sentiment here, but the answer to too much government is not more government! This is the wrong approach! End government funded welfare and those who truly need help will receive it much more efficiently by private charities that assume that role. Private charities will also be much better at minimizing fraud and abuse.
