This entire trip sounds like a boondoogle for Ricky Perry. He wanted a free trip to California and we the taxpayers paid for it. Perry thinks he is smooth, but he comes off as a buffoon. Remember his presidential campaign, which was an epic failure? He was so erratic and strange.
There are many great things about Tx, but Rick Perry is not one of them.

Californians are livid over this.
They just keep on voting & keep on voting for more taxes ,
People are leaving this state in droves.
BUT NO NOT HERE.
Ca. have come to Austin in droves changed that city to a sad embarrassment. Step over the drunks or homeless on the sidewalks or worse .
The Austin property costs have soared since Ca techies bid the properties out of sight( or reach).
Ca are too dumb to realize how great this State is & why.
They have wrecked Ca.
before 2000,THEY WERE SOLVENT.

Texas has more working famalies on welfare than Ca. and ranks 3rd in the Nation for welfare BUT Texas is doing great.....right if you believe that I have a bridge in Arizona 4 sale.

Taxpayer paid vacation is all this is.....living like he is a King at our childrens expense and you idiots keep voting for him.

...and this item doesn't even mention Governor Brown's answer to slick rick...needless to say, it was pointed and, thankfully, insulting to our illustrious pompadore "king" rick. Between Dewhurst's invite to New Yorkers to "come on down and bring your guns" and slick's jab at California tech and manufacturing companies to move business to Texas, these two slobs can be counted on doing and saying heaps of rubbish that continues to make Texas the biggest joke around.
