He wants to practice law in this country.

A man living in florida, brought to the U.S. illegally when he was a child, recently passed his bar exam to become an attorney.

The now, 26 year old, claims the "dream act" protects his rights to be in america.

Should an illegal immigrant be granted a license to practice law?

The American Bar Association’s Model Rules of Professional Conduct states that a lawyer “shall not knowingly make a false statement of material fact.”

How did he even get into law school without being a citizen? Stolen I.D., falsified I.D.?

If he is smart enough to become an attorney ,then he should also be smart enough to know he should be deported . So no he should not be allowed a license .

Of course illegal aliens shouldn't be allowed to practice law in this country. What part of "illegal" do people not understand? They're criminals and they're not Americans. Not only that but illegal aliens shouldn't be allowed to attend public schools or go to our hospitals for free. That's a drain on U.S. tax payers. Instead, these freeloaders need to be rounded up and incarcerated. It's a shame "our" government takes a blind eye. This isn't a Republican or Democrat issue either.
