Law forbids student-teacher communication on Facebook

Law hits the books in Missouri.

New Missouri law, signed last month, forbids educators from communicating with students on facebook and other social media web sites.

East Texans talk-back on the law and whether they think that law will make a difference in inappropriate relationships between educators and students.

First problem I see is the free speech issue and the state crossing the line. That aside, no I don't think things would change. Laws against sex with a minor isn't stopping them, why should this?
