Eight billion in pork, companies that charge government three to eight times market value for goods and services, base-line budgeting, massive social spending, and the biggest waste, cost of government operations better know as bureacracy and red tape, and government sticking their nose in where they have no right being. Fixing these problems will be nearly impossible. Not because it can't be done, but because it will meet with overwhelming resistance.
