I am opposed to the legalization of marijuana, but I am in favor of de-criminalizing its use. The truth is that marijuana is neither as harmful nor as addictive as many legal drugs, including alcohol and tobacco. In addition, it is not abused nearly as much as many pharmaceuticals. There are a lot more druggies out there that buy their drugs legally than illegally. Don't take my word for it. Do the research. By the way, pot users don't irritate me nearly as much as drunken rednecks do.

In a time when you can't sneeze without going to jail, unless you do it with duct tape and chloroform, a president committed to personal liberties wouldn't hurt my feelings at all. It's not the fact that weed is illegal that keeps me from smoking it, or that potato chips are loaded with trans fats that keep me from eating them, or that theft can lead to prison that keeps me from stealing. My choices are mine to make, and I don't need the government deciding for me.

Are Paul and Frank insane? Allowing pot "farmers" to grow and sell? With illegal drug use rampant in this country, these dolts want to legalize pot, to tax growers and users, no doubt...guess that's one way to bail out our economy, allow big corporations to continue to slide without paying their fair share of taxes, and increase the number of hard-core druggies wandering our streets...potheads will love this, but it is just another reason this country is headed to hell in a handbasket.

Bad idea. It will create more problems than it will cure.

yes its harmless, youre pharmaceutics company own youre lawmakers, and a corporation owns youre prisons, so let tons of pot and meth across youre border and we can make billions. 250 dollars a day to house an inmate when it actually costs about 2 dollars a day. 4000 fine for meth.then we make the prison money , of-course thousands of kids have to die.but gota have that money.outher countries, and since when is it illegal, 6 miles south of chandler sellin out of a garadge.cops r in and out all day

i dont smoke..but i see soo many advantages
