Olympians pay hefty tax on gold, silver and bronze medals

Tyler — Our olympic champions will be slapped with some pretty hefty taxes from uncle sam, for their medals, once the atheletes return home...gold: almost 9-thousand, silver: 53-hundred, bronze:35-hundred.

East Texans talk-back on tax and if they think Uncle Sam should give them a pass, with our news partner: KTBB and host Garth Maier.

They represented the USA.
It sounds pretty cheesy to tax them.
We are all so-o-o proud of them & their unimaginable effort & sacrifices on their part.
No tax...we get enuf bad press from a few of our leaders!!!
