TYLER — President Obama announced a major change on immigration policy in America. He declared the stop of deportation of young illegal immigrants, if they meet a certain set of requirements.

KTBB's Garth Maier asks: "Should young illegal immigrants be immune from deportation?"

rollinson, That analogy is completely inappropriate, not to mention false. Mr. Obama is welcoming immigrants. Hitler murdered anyone unlike him. Your analogy does not fit, and actually points out the dangers of xenophobia. Back to the point - the executive branch can and does dictate policy. It is within the president's authority.

All hail King oBama!!!..The demoCRAPS would not be happy with anything less & now we have their dictator issuing edicts instead of signing valid legislation created by Congress. This is now officially the way it was to live in Nazi Germany! How long before the trains to our own concentration camps & will he use ovens or just gas & landfills?
