TYLER — An interesting election for the state of Wisconsin today, the recall election of Governor Scott Walker, but should there have been a re-election recall in the first place?
That's the conversation with East Texans this morning with KTBB's Garth Maier.

Yes, recall is appropriate when a state's voters feel the need to do so. This process is as old as democracy itself. The voters have spoken, again.
As a republic, we should be scared to death about the changes willard will make to pay back his big-ticket donors...do not kid yourselves about who willard will be beholden to...Koch brothers and all the mega-corps who donate to his campaign do not do so without the expectation of getting something back for their efforts. If willard gets the WH, forget riding the rich train on the coattails of the
1%ers...you don't qualify, you're not elite enough, and you're just middle class, nothing more.
It was appropriate, given all the crazy stuff he's been doing.
As a republic, we must maintain the right to recall any elected official we feel is doing harm. Not that I agree with the unions' position or believe either side in the arguement. I do trust that the union leaders are only concern is their power and not the welfare of the workers they claim they represent.
