Some democrats side with GOP on bill.

Tyler---Republican majority in House okay's bill cutting-off funding for Planned Parenthood.

Some 330 million dollars on the line.

East Texans add their two cents on funding the controversial organization.

We are a medically underserved community and PP is a vital health care provider. They provide
health screenings for poor women so that catastrophic diseases can be detected and treated.
It is a shame that so many misguided legislators believe that it is acceptable for women to go without these services and die. I fail to see how that is "pro life". They are certainly not pro-women or pro-family.
