Lamar Smith wants names of some 300,000 illegals

Texas republican Lamar Smith issued a subpoena requiring Homeland Security to hand over all the names of thousands of illegal immigrants arrested by local authorities and never deported because their crime was categorized as "low level."

Smith wants the information so he can determine what crimes were committed by as many as 300,000 illegal immigrants Homeland Security has chosen not to detain.

Should every illegal immigrant who commits any crime be deported?

They are illegal and should be deported on sight long before they get drunk and kill someone or steal from us. Enforce the law and send all these cock roachs back to there homes. They are not wanted or needed in this country. And if they were born here? Deport the parents and they can take junior with them and never come back. Its time for we the people to take our country back at any cost. Dont worry about the law, go get them and we will make them wish they were gone.exterminate cockroachs

The operative word is "ILLEGAL." They have already committed a crime by being here without the proper papers or authorizations. They need to deport all of them. Yes, it would be costly at first, but eventually we could regain our country. And the dollars that are being spent on the illegal aliens (I don't call them immigrants) could be used to help American citizens.

The illegal aliens around the Cedar Creek Lake area are as thick as fleas, and we need a round-up here quickly!!!

I thought the argument per the UN world courts was that since they were not American citizens they were exempt from prosecution under our laws and also our due process says we can not deny them the right to be here.

That's an absurd question to ask in the first place and further evidence that America is no longer concerned with the Rule of Law. An "illegal" alien is in violation of law by his/her very presence in this country. That fact alone should be enough for deportation. Any crimes committed while in this country should be enough.
