Texas legislator wants to raise legal smoking age

San Antonio senator says it will help curb deadly numbers of teens addicted to cigarettes.

Tyler---State Senator Carlos Uresti beleives raising the legal age of buying cigarettes would reduce the number of teenagers getting hooked.
